Energy Awareness for Health Professionals

    Part I:  Energetic Transformation of Self

Dates:   Mondays, 12 weeks beginning June 1, 2015

Time:    7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Location:     Libertyville, Illinois

This 12 week course is designed to teach health professionals how to become aware of their energy field, including the three dan tians, the hara and the chakra system.  Students will be able to assess their own imbalances and correct them through meditative practice and intention.  This is an opportunity for spiritual growth and deepens your interactions with patients.  Transform your sessions with clarity and healing possibilities that transcend the physical dimension.

Upon completion of this program, you should be able to:

• Perform the process of grounding and cultivating energy.
• Identify and balance the energy centers and improve energetic alignment.
• Discover your capacity to be more present with patients.
• Gain emotional balance and well-being, becoming less reactive to challenges.
• Attain resilience and higher states of consciousness.

This course meets in the evenings of June 1, June 8, June 15, June 22, June 29, July 6, July 13, July 20, July 27, August 3, August 10, and August 17, 2015.

Faculty:

Carla Gorsky, CMT, has been in private practice providing massage therapy and spiritual healing since 1979, specializing in the treatment of chronic pain.  She is a graduate of the Barbara Brennan School of Healing and completed the Energy Mastery School with Robert T. Jaffe, M.D.  Ms. Gorsky is licensed in Massage Therapy in the State of Illinois, Nationally Certified in Massage Therapy and Bodywork, and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.  Ms. Gorsky is a long-time, recognized presenter/trainer, bringing her education, practice experience, instructional expertise and passion together to provide unique and fulfilling learning experiences .

Ms. Gorsky is a NCBTMB provider (Provider #659) and also offers instruction in Heart Meditation for individual and groups for improved health, sports performance, test anxiety in students, corporate wellness, and spiritual growth.
